Peruvian cuisine is considered one of the most privileged in the world, since it inherited from history its ingenuity, its mix of different cultures and its flavor. The cuisine of Peru, is the result of a historical fusion of flavors and elements product of the cultural exchange that has given over time. Its influences come from the Spanish, African, Chinese, Japanese and Italian immigration. The variety of its dishes is a product of this wonderful mix.

You can highlight dishes with African heritage such as the “anticucho”, the “tacu-tacu” and “carapulcra”.
